Moving FORWARD in Philly: NBMBAA

Hi friends!!

I wanted to share a reflection on an amazing trip to the City of Brotherly Love. My dear friends Chorn and Greg got me out of my comfort zone and boy am I grateful!

We attended National Black MBA Association Conference. We ran the Rocky Steps. We ate Philly Cheesesteak. We laughed. We had a good ole grand time!

Okay… back to the serious part.

This conference allowed me to reflect on my personal and professional journey and align my goals for the next step in my journey. I was honored to attend a luncheon with two amazing African American females who are partnered in success at McKesson. These ladies shared their stories of victory and triumph… forged in the flames of learning from the fall. My heart was hurting before I went to Philly… but I left this luncheon renewed, refreshed, and ready to keeping leading the charge. My flame is lit and no longer hidden under a bushel.

Mrs. Jackson-Davis and Mrs. Wiley, thank you will never be enough.

All my Love,

Ericka <3
